Durdel's Music - Policies for shipments and returns
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time to be processed the same day. Most orders placed by that cutoff time may be shipped that day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. Some circumstances may prevent an order from being processed on the same day; some orders may be held for verification. This may cause a slight delay in shipping your order to you. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries. If an item is backordered, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date. You may choose to cancel the order if the delivery does not satisfy your need.
For shipments within
Ohio, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange - your choice. We give you 10 days from the date you receive it.
Durdel's only accepts returns requested within the first ten (10) days after receipt. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, we must be notified within this ten (10) day guarantee period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging, complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. To obtain a return authorization number, please fill out the form under the 'other information' link. Returns originally paid for by credit card are issued a credit for the purchase price. Refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping, taxes and handling.

Mark the return authorization number on the exterior of the carton. Without the RA#, the shipment will be rejected.
The following items are non-returnable except for defects in workmanship: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, tubes, earplugs, wind instruments, harmonicas, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, washed or worn clothing, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos. Follow the instructions above for the return.
Other forms of payment
In addition to credit cards, for phone or mail orders you may pay by money orders or cashier's checks by mail. Just call us at 877-387-3357 to place your order, or print our mail order form. All non-credit-card orders are subject to a 10-business-day hold. Cash is not a payment option that we accept through the mail.
